Carmel Popcorn

2 c brown sugar
1 can sweet condensed milk
1 c white corn syrup
1/2 c butter
1/4 t salt
1 t vanilla
1/2 t baking soda, add last

Cook on med heat until not grainy, then add baking soda.
Pour over popcorn puffs, or regular popcorn.
boil longer to get harder balls if you want
