Apple carmel cake

4 c shredded apples
2 c sugar
mix, let sit for 10 min

mix
2 c flour
1 1/2 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 t cinnamon
1 t vanilla
1/2 c oil

stir in apples and sugar, bake at 350 for 55 min

Caramel topping

1 cube butter
1 can sweet condenced milk
1 c karo syrup
2 c brown sugar
1 t vanilla

boil 1 min pour over cake
