Beef or Chicken enchalladas

3 c shredded beef or chicken
1 pk taco seasoning
1 small can green chillies (opt)
mix

spoon a good amount on tortilla, add cheese and roll, place in glass pan, repeat until meat is gone.
pour 1 big can or 2 little cans of enchallada sauce over bake at 350 for 30-45 min, sprinkle lots of cheese over the top and let sit and melt. Serve with salad and sour cream.
