Ranch potatoes

10-12 potatoes
peel, cube and cook
mash with 1 cube butter and 1/2 c - 1 c ranch

Bacon rap chicken

6-8 chicken breasts
1 pk bacon

trim chicken of all fat
you can cut them in half long ways, or leave whole
rap a piece of bacon around
place in glass pan, repeat
bake at 350 for 1 hour
serve with ranch potatoes or whatever

Beef or Chicken enchalladas

3 c shredded beef or chicken
1 pk taco seasoning
1 small can green chillies (opt)
mix

spoon a good amount on tortilla, add cheese and roll, place in glass pan, repeat until meat is gone.
pour 1 big can or 2 little cans of enchallada sauce over bake at 350 for 30-45 min, sprinkle lots of cheese over the top and let sit and melt. Serve with salad and sour cream.

Veggie salsa

1 can diced spicy tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can kidney beans
olives
1 can black beans
2 T cilantro
avacados 3-4 if you like them
1 bottle spicy italian dressing

mix together and serve with chips

Black bean and Chicken salsa

cube 4-8 chicken breasts

in sauce pan add olive oil and cook chicken
season with 1/4 c lemon pepper

1-2 cans black beans ( depend on how many your feeding or like beans)
1 large container of sour cream
1/2 c any flavor salsa
mix and eat with chips

Sugared cake

1 box Duncan hines golden butter cake mix
1/2 c water
1 small box vanilla pudding
1 c sour cream
4 eggs
3/4 c oil
1/2 t almond extract

Grease bunt pan sprinkle cinamon and sugar pour mix in and bake at 325 for 55 min

Apple carmel cake

4 c shredded apples
2 c sugar
mix, let sit for 10 min

mix
2 c flour
1 1/2 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 t cinnamon
1 t vanilla
1/2 c oil

stir in apples and sugar, bake at 350 for 55 min

Caramel topping

1 cube butter
1 can sweet condenced milk
1 c karo syrup
2 c brown sugar
1 t vanilla

boil 1 min pour over cake

Carmel Popcorn

2 c brown sugar
1 can sweet condensed milk
1 c white corn syrup
1/2 c butter
1/4 t salt
1 t vanilla
1/2 t baking soda, add last

Cook on med heat until not grainy, then add baking soda.
Pour over popcorn puffs, or regular popcorn.
boil longer to get harder balls if you want

Chewy Caramels

1 t plus 1 c butter
2 1/4 c brown sugar
1 can sweet condensed milk
1 c dark corn syrup ( light will work if you don't have any)

In sauce pan melt butter, add sugar, milk, and syrup. Boil til 250.
pour onto well greased cookie sheet, I use buttered spray, let cool then cut into squares and rap in waxed paper.

Peanut butter bars

1 1/2 c butter
1 1/2 c Brown sugar
1 1/2 c sugar
3 eggs
2/3 c peanut butter ( or More if you like pb)
1 1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 T vanilla
3 c flour
3 1/2 c oats

Mix first 8 ingredients together then add flour and oats.
makes a little more than the big cookie sheet so don't put the whole thing on or it will over flow in your oven.

bake at 350 for 15-20 min
melt some pb and spread over let cool then add choc frosting

Banana Bread

2 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
3/4 c butter
1 1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
3 c banana's
1 t vanilla

mix, bake at 325 for 60-70 min makes about 3 loafs

Zucchini bread

3 eggs
1 c oil
2 c sugar
2 c raw zucchini
3 c flour
1 t salt
3 t cinnamon
4 t baking powder
1 t vanilla
1 t baking soda

mix and bake at 325 for 60-70 min. Makes about 4 loafs

pumkin bread

1 large can pumkin
6 eggs
1 c butter
1 1/2 c oil
4 1/2 c sugar
mix

3t baking soda
2 1/2 t salt
1t baking powder
1t ginger
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
1/2 t cloves
mix

add 5 1/4 c flour

bake at 350 for 1 hour. Makes 5 loafs

Pumkin cookies

1 box spiced cake mix
1 large can pumkin
1 pk choc chips ( opt)
nuts or craisins (opt)
mix cake mix only no other ing. and the can of pumkin.
bake at 375 for 18 min.

don't store in container will get soggy, they are cakey so ziploc will work.

Wassail

2 qts apple cider
2 c orange juice
1 c pineapple juice
1 c white grape juice
1/2 c sugar
15 whole cloves
7-9 cinnamon sticks

simmer til ready to serve

Cookie salad

2pk vanilla pudding
2 cups butter milk
12 oz cool whip
2 cans man. oranges
2o oz can cut pineapple

1/2 pk short bread cookies

mix pudding and cool whip and milk first then add the rest. I add bannanas right before I serve.

Chicken pasta salad

6 boneless breasts
2 pk curly mac.
1 20 oz ca chunk pineapple( save juice)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 c red or green grapes
1 can cashews chopped
2 c chopped celery
2 green onions chopped
3 apples cut and let sit in pineapple juice for 30 min

dressing

1 c mayo
1 large kraft coleslaw dressing

mix all together serve cold

Fruit salad

1 can pineapple (save juice on all fruit)
2 cans mand oranges
5 bananas
2 boxes van pudding cook n serve
2 boxes tapicoa pudding
2 c water

mix water pudding mix and juice from fruit in sauce pan bring to boil cool 30 min then add fruit

Chocolate cookies with white chips

1 devils food cake mix
1/2 c butter
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
1-2 c white choc chips

mix all together bake at 350 for 10-12 min

The best ever chocolate chip cookies

1 lb butter ( 4 cubes)
2 c sugar
1 1/2 c sugar
2 t vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 t salt
1 1/2 t baking soda
6 c flour
4 c choc chips

cream butter then add the rest in order one at a time
bake at 325 for 14 min no longer.

Peanut butter cookies

1/2 c butter
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 t vanilla
1 1/4 c flour
3/4 t baking soda
1/4 t salt

mix wet ingredients then dry.
Bake at 375 for 10- 12 min

Homemade bbq sauce

1/2 c onions
2 T butter
fry

2 cans tomato soup
3/4 c brown sugar
1 T mustard
1 T vinager
1/2 c worc.
1/2 t cloves

mix and then addwith what ever.

Chicken casserole

1 pk cressant rolls
1/3 c celery diced
8 oz cream cheese
1 c cooked chicken ( I boil it)

2 cans cream chicken soup

mix all together and spoon on rolls roll up and bake at 375 for 15-20 min.
pour cream of chicken soup over

Chilli Spagetti

2-3 cans chilli
spagetti noodles

pour chilli over noodles add sour cream and cheese.

Chicken cheese rice

1 Can family size cream chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 can water
18oz pk Mozzarella
3 c rice
4-6 breasts
pepper
paprika

Mix soup, broth, water add cheese & rice. Pour into glass pan, add breasts sprinkle pepper and paprika on top.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour
